This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully furnished and fully equipped for all your vacation needs. The complex is located approximately ½ of a mile from the Gondola/Base area and the slopes and just steps to the Free City of Steamboat Springs Shuttle Bus to the mountain and to town.

Great for that family get together and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home is fully furnished and fully equipped, including the well-appointed kitchen. Need to relax after a long day on the mountain head over to the outdoor hot tub at the complex. Right off the living room is the deck with a great view of the Flat Tops and South Valley or create a tasty dinner on the BBQ grill. For those who want to keep in touch with the world outside Steamboat the home offers wireless high-speed internet.

Steamboat’s annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term “Champagne Powder” was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area.
