Annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term “Champagne Powder” was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore.    If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. Suzie and Tom and Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer.  We stay small to offer personal attention to both our guests and our owners.  Want someone to ski with?  We are always game for some fun!
