Mountain Time at the Landings is a large 4+ bedroom private home. It is close enough to the gondola base that you can easily walk in the morning. This home is fully furnished and fully equipped for all your vacation needs. There is an outdoor private hot tub on the deck, along with a grill, with a spectacular view of Mt. Werner. There are also flat screens throughout the home and in all the bedrooms! Relax after a long day on the slopes next to the fireplace with some board games, or take a dip in the hot tub.

One of our largest units, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out with a very big main living area/great room. The dining table here sits ten comfortably. In the front hall, there is a large storage rack to house all your gloves, helmets, hand warmers, and anything else you brought out with you to the mountain.

The downstairs garden-level family room could be a standalone unit. It features a kitchenette, a TV, a queen bed, a bathroom, and its own private patio. It will be perfect for anyone looking for a place to stay with several master bedroom-type rooms. The upstairs bedroom is also very large and private.

Steamboat’s annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term “Champagne Powder” was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the outrageous terrain kayaking the roaring Yampa fishing on one of the many rivers and creeks, or just hiking around in one of the National Forest trails in the area.
